Planking on the ground

New fads become funnier everyday, eh?

So, there's this new fad going on where I live, which is totally absorbing the time of many of my colleagues around the school grounds. O_O

Planking is basically just lying down with your face touching the ground (or whatever it is you're lying upon), with your arms basically in some sort of strict soldier position, or whatever they call it these days...

This fad brings so many trends throughout my life to memory. To those who live in Aus, remember those good old Rove days when we were introduced to "ghosting", the trend where you're supposed to follow a stranger until they notice you... or maybe that's called "stalking, but less intense"...?

During my days in school, there is one kind of trend that I practice still today. I call it "gangstering", and I really hope you guys catch onto it quickly. All it involves is someone placing the hood of a hoodie onto someone's head without them noticing. Meh, doesn't sound like much, but it CAN and WILL annoy the hell out of some people...hehehe~

BACK TO THE TOPIC: People have been calling this new fad "stupid" or sometimes "retarded", but here is what I think, the only reason why people call it "stupid", is because so many people are now getting killed due to planking at ridiculous places. Don't blame the fad, blame the idiots who lack the common sense to plank in a place where YOU WON'T GET KILLED.

Hmm... if you guys ask me (I know you didn't, so I'm just going to tell you anyways... *mumble grumble*), the best places to plank would be the bed and on the ground when you trip over and fall (it makes such a great excuse).

Yeah, that last location I stole from a Facebook 'like' page, but whatever, it was funny!
